HR ANALYST


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Analyst will provide support to the HR consultant which will include:


Deploying recruitment activities; managing social media accounts; researching, analyzing, and presenting data/metrics on HR/HRM/HCM and business in Africa; developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics;

Clarifying requests for projects, highlight issues and make recommendations to address issues and priorities; writing detailed reports and making oral presentations to management; troubleshooting data and reports; assisting in rollout and implementation of HR programs; coaching and assisting in development of new team members and Identifying and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Someone with a degree in human resource management and a passion to work as a business partner is preferred.


BUSINESS & SOLUTIONS ANALYST


JOB DESCRIPTION

The business analysts will be responsible for helping our client assist businesses to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

This is a full time position that requires someone will a technical backgroup and previous work experience in the same role.
