Project Executive



 





Role description 
  • To successfully support the Project’s unit from project development through closeout.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis when required.

  • Participate in Client/contractor meetings and resolving client and management project issues as required.

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

  • Track project milestones and deliverables as required

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.

  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

  • Develop best practices and tools for project support.

  • Promote culture daily to drive teamwork and companies core values.

  • Manage materials and logistics for projects

  • monitors and reports on the status of the project to line manager

Work Experience/Essential Requirement


  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building technology or any other related field

  • Must be proficient win Microsoft Windows, Excel, MS Project, and MS Word

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Must have certification in Project Management either PMP or Prince2. 

Skills and desirable requirements


  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Must have superior customer service skills (i.e., excellent written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and a service leadership philosophy).

  • Proven problem solving record desired.

Legal Executive



 



Job description



Rendering the necessary assistance to the Company Secretary with regards to all tasks that pertain to the legal desk including but not limited to the following:


  • To attend meetings of the company and of the Board of Directors and render all company secretarial services in respect of such meetings,

  • To act as a conscience seeker of the company, monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action,

  • To ensure the company complies withal applicable codes, statues and regulations,

  • To ensure proper drafting and review of contractual agreements between the organisation and other third parties,

  •  To play the role of a liaison officer between the company, external regulators and advisers with regards to legal and compliance matters,

  • To maintain the company’s statutory register and ensure proper use of the company seal,

  • To carry out general legal research with regards to the company’s day to day transactions,

  • Overall management of legal documentation,

  • To watch brief for the organisation in any court appearance and to provide the necessary updates in respect thereof,

  • To oversee the process of due diligence checks at the lands registry and other necessary statutory regulatory authorities,

  • To provide general oversight with regards to managing the relationship between the company and its service providers as pertains to the Company’s Secretariat.

  • To provide general oversight with regards to ensuring the Company’s Secretariat maintains a proper filing system,

  • Managing compliance within the organisation.


Experience


  • Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar

  • Not more than 2 year experience either in the legal department of a Company or in a law firm; preferably a commercial law firm.


Professional qualification (Compulsory)



Candidate must be a member of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, or must be prepared to register with the institute and commence exams within the 1st 9 months of employment in our organisation.



Skills


  • Basic knowledge in Company secretarial and legal advisory,

  • Extensive working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft office word, excel and power point,

  • Excellent research and drafting aptitudes,

  • Good command of written and spoken English,
