Electrical Maintenance Engineer

 

Job Description:    

• Overall Maintenance of m/c. – Plastic Injection Machine – PET Section, PET Blow semi auto machine total 7 nos. & automatic machine (Chum power double cavity) total 7 nos. – Blow molding machine( CMP m/c Up to 5 Ltr ) total 20 nos. – SACMI Compression m/c for NCSD caps.(24 cavities) 1 no.
• Utility Maintenance
Air cooled & Water cooled Chiller, Compressor (Atlas Copco GA-22,55,75 screw type),Compressor Booster for High Pressure(Up to 40 Bar), D.G. Sets, Transformer (2500 KVA,1000 KVA).
• Individual Shift handling, Men power management & Attend all kinds of breakdown.
• Maintaining all Maintenance report, Breakdown Report, MIS report, 5S documentation.
• Calculate & maintain the connected load & power factor of the total Electric supply.
• New Spare part Indent from Local/Import, Spare part stock, consuming, repair & manage in the given budget.
• Strong knowledge in Electrical back ground,Working knowledge of PLC, (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allenbradely), SCADA, Robotic system, all types of DC/AC Motor & Drives, Switch gear system, All types of hydraulics & pneumatics systems & electrical equipments.
