Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance, repairs and smooth running of all facilities.
- Train,develop and manage team members.
- Manage the customer experience to ensure that it is always up to Gold Standard.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Manage customer relations.
- Supervise the overall restaurant flow and experience on a shift-by-shift basis.
Person Specification
- An electrical engineering OND/HND holder or similar background.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience is required.
- Good communication skills as reaquired
- Must be hardworking and dedicated.
- Must have the ability to pay attention to details.
