Project Director – RMNCH IDIQ

 

With the Country Director and HQ technical backups will provide overall leadership and management of a five-year, $225m project to support improvements in reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) outcomes in Nigeria.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:

• Post-graduate degree in International Health, Social Sciences, Management or related discipline,


• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in project level.


• Demonstrated progressive relevant professional experience leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and nationaVintemational in scope.


• Strong management capacity and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously as well as demonstrated ability to deliver on results.

Deputy Chief of Party-Technical

 

Under the guidance of the Chief of Party, will provide technical leadership, develop technical strategies and oversee the technical implementation of the SIDHAS project.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:

• Master’s degree and ten years professional health care experience including at least five years specialized experience in HIV/AIDS care in developing country settings plus at least four years management experience.


• Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems, international donor organizations. NGOs and CBOs is required.


• Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients and staff.


• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
