Sales Team Lead

The ideal candidate should be a forward thinker, someone who can visualise the objectives of the brand. As a Team Lead you should be able to develop and implement strategies that will not only increase the brands awareness but increase revenue as a result.

You should also have proven experience of generating revenue within a terrain and maximising oportunities as well as strategically creating them through business development

QUALIFICATION
3- 5  years in a sales environment with proven track record
Ability to implement key selling techniques
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent Presentation Skills – demonstrating how to deliver to medium to large groups
An accreditation in Marketing, Project Management would be an advantage
Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills

IT Network Projects Engineer

 

Our client is a high end luxurious brand that is home grown, their specialities lie in the Design, Engineering and Support of the ultra modern home offering Home and Boardroom Automation, Home Cinema, Smart Lighting, Smart Lighting, IP Surveillance and Access Control Systems.

Due to the growth of the organisation, they are currently looking for a IT Network Project Engineer who will be technical lead of the brand.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To ensure smooth implementation of full project cycles from conception to delivery  
 
The Project Coordinator is responsible for all projects within the business; from pre-sales, through to initiation of the sale, monitoring, control and handover of project to the customer. You would be responsible for the coordination of the resources on every project (both liaison with the relevant departments/employees and Material), and ensure the availability of resources are deployed and managed effectively. The successful execution of every project is your responsibility.  
 
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and be a problem-solver. As a Project Coordinator you would need to be an innovator if a client has a requirement you need to see the bigger picture and over a solution above and beyond their expectation and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner. The objective is to under promise and over deliver!
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
First degree or Masters’ Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer engineering/Computer Science or a related course.
PMP Certified.
CCNA OR CCNP will be an advantage.
At least 5 years core experience as project manager/coordinator in a company/companies that is/are networking and largely technology driven.
Must be IT/technology savvy.
Meticulous and HIGHLY detail oriented.
Proven Ability to build and successfully lead a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in the use of Design Tools like Visio, AutocaD, Microsoft Projects
