ASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICER – PCT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Technical Officer-PCT will under the direct supervision and technical guidance from the Technical Officer-Clinical Services, will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, TB, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, reproductive health/family planning (RH/FP) and integrated medical services at the state and local government levels.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
MB/BS/MD/Ph.D or similar degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required.
Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable

TECHNICAL OFFICERS – MONITORING AND EVALUATIONS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Officer-Monitoring and Evaluation will discharge his/her assignment under the guidance of the M&E Manager and relevant technical leads.
S/He will be responsible for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the state offices; work with the state level staff and government counterparts to provide support and guidance on program/project monitoring and evaluation activities and on US Government and Government ofNigeria reporting requirements; will conduct routine monitoring visits to project sites, including the conduct of data quality assessments (DQAs).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
B.Sc in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring and Evaluation or in relevant field with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
Knowledge and experience in project-level or state/national-level monitoring and evaluation system implementation
Well-developed computer skills

TECHNICAL OFFICER – CLINICAL SERVICES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Officer-Clinical Services will provide technical support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS and Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS.
S/He will provide ongoing technical assistance in HIV/AJDS clinical management including management of opportunistic infections and PMTCT capacity building to all facilities benefiting from the program.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
MBBS/MD with 1-3 years experience in Clinical Care, with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of anti-retroviral therapy in resource constraint settings.
Postgraduate degree in Public Health is desirable.

TECHNICAL OFFICER – LAB. LOGISTICS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Officer-Lab. Logistics will be responsible for the development of AHNi in house capacity among the various departments, implementing agencies (IAs) and all tiers of government in all aspects of distribution and warehousing of Health commodities.
S/he will provide technical support and leadership to Nigeria’s efforts to strengthen the supply chain process of health commodities, using the LMIS, to reduce stock-outs, lower costs and eliminate wastage.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
MPH or MSc. in relevant field with at least 3-5 years post NYSC experience with at least 2 year experience in managing a PSM cycle, including ratioaal health commodities selection, forecasting/quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS.
Or BSc. in Logistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry or relevant field with 5 to 7 years NYSC experience managing a PSM cycle, including rational Health commodities selection, forecasting /quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMlS.

The Assistant Technical Officer – M&E will work with state offices and local partners to support the correct implementation and use of monitoring and evaluation tools, and adherence to complete, correct and timely reporting.

A Degree or equivalent in Sciences or Arts

SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER – PCT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Technical Officer-PCT will coordinate and provide technical leadership and expertise in developing and managing the network for HIV-related care, support and treatment services and support community activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
MBBS/MD/PhD in Management, Social Sciences, Medicine, Public Health or a related field with 3-5 years post national youth service corps experience at the community level, in the private health sector or in resource constrained settings.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with HIV/Malaria support implementation groups.
Possession of an MPH or post graduate Degree in a related field is required.
Experience in project development with proven experience in the planning and facilitation of training is required.

COMPLIANCE OFFICERS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Compliance Officer will work effectively with the Senior Compliance Officer to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, adequacy of internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and the safeguard of assets within AHNI Nigeria’s policy framework.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS STANDARD
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 3-5 years relevant experience.
Or MS/MA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 1 – 3 years relevant experience.
1-3 years’ experience in internal control functions.
Familiarity with U.S. Government grants or other client funded programs, contracting and auditing standards as they apply to effective management of multi-year funds is required.
CPA, ACA, ICAN, CIMA, CFE or any other relevant professional qualification is an advantage.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Accountant will under the supervision of the Director Finance & Administration manage major responsibility for both accounting and finance for AHNi Nigeria HQ Office and ensure compliance with the contractual requirements of funders with the objective of providing professional accountancy services consistent with generally accepted accounting principles.
S/he provide technical and application support for the accounting system, and trouble-shooting issues relating to the system implementing and evaluating maintenance and improving the Unit programs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 9 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in international development programs.
Or MS/MA in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in international development programs.
Possession of CPA, ACA, ICAN, or recognized equivalent is mandatory.
Expert knowledge of USAID and other donor regulations is required

SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and managing policies and strategies related to procuring supplies and services (in accordance with AHNi, USAID, CDC and other donor policy) in support of all AHNI projects at HQ and State Offices, both domestic and international sourcing extensive participation in the negotiation of contract terms on a range of procurement and monitor delivery of exact specifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
BS/BA degree in relevant field with 5 -7 years of relevant procurement experience.
Or MS/MA degree in relevant field with 3 – 5 years relevant procurement experience.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in procurement.
Familiarity with donor-funded procurement rules and regulations is required.
Demonstrated success in multi-cultural environments is an advantage

ACCOUNTANT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accountant will discharge his/her assignment under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.
H/She will be responsible for accounting/ finance and administration for the HQ & state office and ensure compliance with the contractual financial requirement of the project.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT STANDARD
University degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent.
CPA, ACA, ICAN or recognized equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting related to NGOs and community level programs, with increasing responsibility.
Familiarity with U SAID-funded programs and non-governmental organizations in Nigeria.
