SYSTEM ENGINEERS (3 POSITIONS)
SUMMARY OF THE JOB
The Project Manager will:
The System Engineer is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
He also participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
He ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must:
Have at least 2 years’ sales experience in security system industry within a multinational organization or small-medium enterprises (SMES).
Possess a HND/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Be experienced in delivering services in a large and complex Client’s focused organization.
Possess relevant hands-on experience in technical/security system background.
Be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in written form) and build and sustain working relationships.
Be able to use generic IT applications.
PROJECT MANAGER
SUMMARY OF THE JOB
The Project Manager will:
Coordinate the provision of contractual and ad hoc security services to all clients nationwide, in compliance with legislation as well as Company policies and procedures, to ensure the achievement of budgeted financial targets.
Specifically be responsible for the effective management of all contracts’ financial performance.
Be responsible for the effective and efficient management of staff (security personnel).
Be responsible for the general management of operational exigencies in contract/project.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must:
Have a project management experience within a multinational organization or small-medium enterprises (SMES).
Have at least 3 years’ experience in security management & operational development within a multinational organization or small-medium enterprises (SMES).
Be experienced in delivering services in a large and complex Client’s focused organization.
Possess a HND/Degree in Management or Business related discipline. Possession of relevant security management or business qualification will be an added advantage.
Be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in written form), build and sustain working relationships.
SECURITY SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY OF THE JOB
The Supervisor is responsible for the quality of service that the security officers render on duty.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must:
Have at least 2 years’ security experience within a multinational organization or small-medium enterprises (SMES)
Possess a HND/Degree in Management or Business related discipline
Be able to present a well-structured security incident report
Be experienced in delivering services in a large and complex Client’s focused organization
Be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in written form) and build and sustain working relationships.
SECURITY OFFICER (100 POSITIONS)
SUMMARY OF THE JOB

SUMMARY OF THE JOB
As a relief security officer, you will relieve all security officers working on a fixed or permanent posts/client locations in such cases where the Security Officer is absent from duty; on annual leave; on sick or casual leave etc.
She/he will ensure that at no point should the level of work decrease due to the fact that the regular Officer is on a break or absent from duty.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must:
Have at least 1 year work experience
Possess a minimum of SSCE O’ level or its equivalent
Be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in written form).
