CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER


REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA. Must be COREN registered.

Must have a minimum of 15 years leadership and management experience.

Proven entrepreneurial skills, project development, contract negotiations, cost management, vendors’ management and effective communications.

Develop and manage an efficient organizational structure.

Must demonstrate ability to Plan and direct all aspects of an organization’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives.

Must demonstrate expertise in a variety of areas including budget, cost control, leadership, coaching, concepts, practices, and procedures.

PROJECT COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT


REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.

Must be CIMA (England) and/or ACCA registered.

Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in managing project costs using cost and management accounting principles and techniques.

Must be familiar with the Nigerian tax code.

Experience in developing and preparing conceptual budget and management of such budget.

Experience in the pre-bid engineering services for EPC contracting such as review of bids , vendors document .contract specification and compliance issues will be an added advantage.

PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER


REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Purchasing or Economics or Business Administration

Must be registered with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN).

Must have a minimum of 7-10 years cognate experience.

Must possess an enviable record required and experience needed for the est ab 1 ishment and development of a Purchasing Department.

Must be experienced in the pre-bid engineering services for EPC contracting such as review of bids, vendors’ documents, contract specification and compliance issues will be an added advantage.

PROJECT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER


REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in any of the Social Sciences.

Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in Human Resources practice

Must be a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN)

Must be conversant with Nigerian Labor Laws.

Must be capable of providing the strategic interface between HR and designated departments to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management that results in more effective front line delivery.

Must be able to ensure the provision and development of adequately motivated personnel for the achievement of Company’s goals.

Must be capable of developing a Human Resource Policy framework and ensure its implementation ..

Must be COMEG registered.

Must have a minimum of 7 -10 years inreconnaissance survey, coal stratigraphy and geology, data acquisition and mapping.

Must be familiar with the Nigerian Mining Act.

Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Geophysics.

Must be COMEG registered.

Must have a minimum of 7-10 years ingeophysical traversing and data acquisition, gridding, and electrical resistivity methods.

Must be familiar with the Nigerian Mining Act.
