To steer and direct the to transform it into an efficient and commercially successful Power Generation company
To set priorities and manage the day to day business of the Company and ensure its growth and development based on its business plans and goals
To constantly develop the workforce of the Company to deliver on business goals and establish a culture of high employee engagement, professional and operational excellence as well as outstanding customer service.
