Job Description
Spearhead property management operations in Nigeria

Identify new trade zone and Market

Conduct location analysis: demographic surveys, traffic count, market surveys and socio-economic activities

Conduct site selection, property inspection, site recommendation and acquisition

Conduct customer origin survey to determine and identify new trade area.

Analysis and payment

Lease renewal

Review and negotiation

Remittance of withholding

Value added taxes and service charge
