installation of a sound and adequate risk management system and security concept;
Development and implementation of an effective and adequate M&E system and reporting mechanism
Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations of EU, BMZ and GIZ applicable for the implementation of projects;
Leadership, management and supervision of national and international professional staff;
dialogue with political partners in Abuja, Boron and Adamawa;
Development of networks and cooperation with donors (especially EU) for harmonization;
coordination planned project activities with local decision-makers and other stakeholders operating in the project area;
Development of networks and cooperation with relevant government institutions as well as national and international non-government organisations.
