ABOUT THE ROLE
Pre Sales support for Africa Sales team across Network and other BU solutions to multinational customers
Building solutions across multiple domains and solution blocks
Customer facing engagement
Internal engagement to Sales and central teams
Build technical solutions and documentation
Proposal generation
Strong focus on governance and process
Support of Order to Bill where required

5 – 10 years experience
Previous experience in the Pre Sales and Networking area
Strong generalist understanding of Microsoft, Fortinet and other industry vendors
Strong understanding on MPLS and building multinational Network Solution
VoIP understanding
Design, Build and Manage experience
Understanding of ITIL and operational support requirements for Enterprise customers
Understanding of the Africa Telecoms and regulatory environment.
Understanding of the Africa competitive landscape for Enterprise Telco services
