Job Title:
Project Rollout Supervisor (Planner)

Role and Responsibilities


  • Plans and designs the work schedule for his assigned project in coordination with the Projects Manager.

  • Supervises all works related to his/her assigned projects(s) and ensures that they are executed in accordance with Client’s specifications

  • Identifies and recommends sub-contractors to the Projects Manager for his/her assigned sites

  • Directs and manages all sub-contractors working on his/her assigned sites

  • Directs and manages all the company’s Projects coordinators assigned to him/her

  • Coaches and develops Projects Coordinators assigned to him/her

  • Undertakes visits to his/her assigned sites to verify the site progress and provide necessary inputs when needed.

  • Explains and trains Projects Coordinators on the company’s reporting formats, and ensures the implementation and flow of these reports

  • Complies all received Daily Reports from Projects coordinators and reports on daily basis to the Projects Manager using the company’s reporting formats and procedures

  • Coordinates efforts with all sections of the company (Logistics & Procurement, HR and Accounts) as per the company’s internal procedures

  • Coordinates efforts with the Client’s Site Representative(s) to ensure an efficient roll-out of the sites’ work

  • Supervises the handover process of his/her assigned sites

  • Supervises and follows up on all documentation related to the project

QMS/OH&S Role and Responsibilities:


  • Ensures that all projects activities adhere to all OH&S and QMS standards.

  • Be responsible for the application, compliance and regular updating of the security plan in place both by the local team and by visitors.

  • Ensures visitors receive a proper security and context briefing and monitors the security adherence.

  • Provides the general coordination with security-related feedback and systematically report in writing any security incident involving the teams.

  • Follows all policies and procedures for monitoring, testing product availability, and incident management.

  • Ensure the implementation and follows the policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.

  • Proactively reviews processes, documentation and procedures to keep updated on operational activities.

  • Prepares and distributes a variety of reports as requested by Manager or Head.

Qualifications Requirements


  • B.Sc. in Civil/Electrical/Telecom Engineering

  • 5-7 years experience in similar field

  • Experience in the Telecomm field preferable

  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects

 


 


Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Patrolling Supervisor- Site Security

Job Description


  • Overall responsible for site security management including access management.

  • Plans the cost-effective and optimized security solutions to protect the equipment and property on the sites, in accordance with local security laws and regulations.

  • Reviews regularly the security levels of sites and any information gathered shall be recorded in risk level maps, implement changes if required.

  • Reports any significant security breaches; undertakes full investigation; recommends course of action in consultation with the direct supervisor and takes action according to the process.

  • Maintains the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all site security personnel to cover the following: duties, individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.

  • Creates reports as per guideline, showing the security status of each site, risk levels, etc.

  • Ensures that only authorized persons have access to sites, according to the process.

  • Ensures to maintain record of site access (e.g register at each site) and all requests for access granted or denied are recorded in the site movement/activity log.

  • Ensures that all security guards follow the company OHS policies & client guidelines.

  • Plans and designs the work schedule (site survey, site supervision and site handover) in order to meet target dates

  • Directs the sub-contractors and coordinates all their civil work activities on his/her sites

  • Coordinates with the Client’s Site Representative(s) to ensure an efficient roll-out of the sites’ work

  • Coordinates efforts with all sections of the company (Logistics & Procurement, Quality Control, HR & Administration and Accounts) as per the company’s internal procedures

  • Ensures that all civil works being executed under his/her supervision conform with the Client’s specifications, the BOQ and the approved drawings

  • Ensures that all contract-related civil activities (ready mixed concrete, portable cement, excavation, back filling and compaction…) are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications

  • Ensures that all civil materials, tools and equipments are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications

  • Reports all progress and troubleshooting at sites on daily basis to the Project Supervisor using the company’s reporting formats

  • Hands over completed sites to the Client after signing all clients’ acceptance documents on site.

QMS/OH&S Role and Responsibilities


  • Ensures the implementation of OH&S/QMS requirements on all assigned cell sites.

  • Fills all related OH&S/QMS documents on sites.

  • Conducts site safety induction by explaining to subcontractors their responsibilities in terms of OH&S requirements of the company and clients.

  • Ensures that adequate PPE is used by both the company’s and Subcontractor team

  • Ensures that safe work procedures are being adhered to

  • Investigates and fills the incident investigation report and shares it with the OH&S representative.

  • Ensures emergency drills are conducted on sites.

  • Deals directly with the client’s representative on all OH&S matters on sites.

Qualification/Requirements


  • 2-5 years experience in similar field

  • Experience in electrical background and hybrid solutions is an added advantage

  • Directs and manages all the company’s Project Supervisors and Site Controllers assigned to him/her.

  • Coaches and develops Project Supervisors and Site Controllers assigned to him/her.

  • Undertakes monthly visits to his/her assigned sites to verify the site progress and provide necessary inputs when needed.

  • Explains and trains Project Supervisors and Site Controllers on the company’s reporting formats, and ensures the implementation and flow of these reports.

  • Follows up on Client’s payments and reports status to Projects Head according to the company’s internal procedures.

  • Reports regularly the project’s progress to the Client (weekly meetings, status reports…).
