BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

LOCATIONS:
Port Harcourt, Rivers/Ota, Lagos state


QUALIFICATION

B.Sc/B.Eng/HND (Electrical /Electronics or other related discipline)

Minimum of 3 years of experience


SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

Job involves meeting and exceeding the company set target

Increasing the company cliental data base

Managing and retaining existing clients

Developing new channels of business

Follow-up on clients to secure and seal deals


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing of the core and additional services of the company (Training, Recruitment, Outsourcing and Engineering Consulting)

Development and presentation of training program to prospective clients (old and new)

Customer relationship officer between the company and clients

Assist in the development of training courses and other services to suit the training requirement of each client

Assist in the recruitment exercises carried out for clients

Evaluate market needs and performance and report back to the company

Assist the technical staff in carrying out technical duties (e.g downloading of CVs from the mailbox, proper functioning of the internet connection in the office, collation of materials, upgrade of course manuals, etc)

Designing of adverts brochures, training calendar, advert placements, etc.

Any other duties as may be directed by Departmental Heads

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

LOCATION:
Port Harcourt, Rivers/Ota, Lagos state


QUALIFICATION

B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Electrical /Electronics or other related discipline

Minimum of 8 years of experience


SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

Job involves meeting and exceeding the company set target

Increasing the company cliental data base

Managing and retaining existing clients

Developing new channels of business

Follow-up on clients to secure and seal deals


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drawing comprehensive marketing plans for the company’s products

Direct and co- ordinate activities involving sales of the company Products

Confer or consult with Department head to plan advertising services and to secure information on clients needs and customer specification

Exploitation and Exploration of new Markets.

Review operational records and report to project sales and determine profitability.

Assess Marketing potential of new and existing Clients.

Liaise with potential Customer regarding training and other engineering consulting needs and solutions

Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

Prepare sales budget and approve departmental budget expenditure

Head the team that develops brand over competitors.

Develop appropriate follow-up programs to ensure success of the proposal submitted.

Develop, review and update intellectual property contents.

Provide internal faculty training

Generate training mandates from clients.

Make presentations, and modifications on processes, to guarantee more efficient service delivery for maintaining client relationship

Constantly review the company’s fee and cost structure to ensure that margins are optimal while remaining competitive

Create project data-base and update it regularly

Primarily responsible for the business support initiatives of the company

Prepare and submit weekly marketing plans and reports of achievements

Prepare monthly marketing reports and submit to HOO

Prepare annual income budget projections for all products

Co-ordinate the marketing team

Develop new business ideas and follow-up

Create business opportunities to generate enough resources for the company

Any other function as may be directed by management
