RESPONSIBILITIES
The Registrar is a Principal Officer and the Chief Administrative Officer of the University.
He/She is also the Secretary to both the Senate and Governing Council
The Registrar shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the university except on matters for which the Bursar is responsible.

A good Honours Degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a Masters Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University and must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience in a University or an Institution of comparable status, at least three (3) of which must have been spent as a Deputy Registrar in a University. The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the University.

Computer Literacy is compulsory.
