Job Description


  • Plan, design, and supervise the building of irrigation, drainage, and flood- and water-control systems.

Job Title: Structural Design / Supervision Engineer

Job Purpose


  • Has the responsibility for designing Projects related to challenging structures and conversant with computer modelling.

Job Purpose


  • Will be responsible for delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope and fully cooperate with the Client and improve the performance of the Consultants Team.

Job Responsibilities


  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with Construction and safety codes and other regulations.

  • Will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet predetermined specifications and for ensuring that project objectives are met.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Job Title: Irrigation Design / Supervision Engineer
Location:Lagos


Job Purpose


  • To analyze, plan and design an irrigation system. This would include canals, barrage, drain, dams and other supporting system.

Job Description


  • Plans, designs, and oversees construction of irrigation projects for transporting and distributing water to project sites.

  • Plans and designs irrigation fixtures and installation of fixtures to requirements and specifications.

  • Directs, through subordinate supervisors, construction of such irrigation systems as dams, canals, and ditches, according to type of soil, climatic characteristics, water supply, return flow, and other factors affecting irrigation requirements.

  • Conducts research on problems of soil drainage and conservation, applying knowledge of civil engineering.

  • Devises and creates analyzed information that would refer to the different systems for clients.

  • Troubleshoot problems that may come up during installation of irrigation system and during usage.

Job Title: Dams Rehabilitation Design / Supervision Engineer
Location:Lagos


Job Purpose


  • Will be tasked with the responsibility of performing a variety of engineering duties associated with existing Dam survey and submit reports on Dam performance, instrumentation, measurements, rehabilitation, design (when need arises), knowledgeable in construction, maintenance and operation of dams, water control structures and other related civil engineering projects, including materials testing and research.

Job Duties


  • Participates in the engineering review of registration permits for dams.

  • Participates in the engineering review of the geotechnical, hydrologic, structural and geologic details of dam and reservoir plans and specifications for new construction, repairs, alteration, enlargement, reduction or removal.

  • Inspects dams to insure compliance with laws, regulations and requirements.

  • Confers with government officials, engineers, contractors and operators of dams, with regard to laws, regulations and requirements.

  • Prepares or directs the preparation of charts, tables and maps for the interpretation of engineering data, and prepares reports of findings and analyses.

  • Prepares reports on subjects relating to dams and reservoirs including rehabilitation survey, monitoring Dams performance and learn the required instrumentation for measurements.

  • Participates in surveying dam safety and siltation.

Job Title: Civil / Water Resource Engineer

Responsibilities


  • Designing overall schemes, such as flood defence programmes, and associated structures, such as pumping stations, pipeline, pipework/distribution and earthworks (the scale of the design may range from an initial outline to a full, detailed design);

  • Supporting other project managers and directors within the business and across the wider market;
