Job Title: Stock Controller
Location:

Job Description



  • We are looking for a Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company’s needs. Stock Controller responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.

  • To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams.

  • Ultimately, you will increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products at all times.


Responsibilities



  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)

  • Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases

  • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed

  • Coordinate regular inventory audits

  • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)

  • Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)

  • Ensure purchases do not exceed budget

  • Must reside in Lagos (preferably Island axis)

  • Track shipments and address any delays

  • Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items

  • Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals


Requirements



  • Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role

  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Good communication and negotiation abilities

  • B.Sc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. quickbooks)

  • Active participation in inventory audits

BSS TECHNICIAN/RIGGER


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Installation, operation and maintenance of base station and microwave link.

Hands-on-experience in microwave antenna alignment and RF antenna azimuth and tilt adjustment.

Assist in preliminary troubleshooting of faults in coordination with NOC, and climbing of Telecom tower multiple times per day.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience on Huawei equipment will be preferred.

HSE Certification will be an added advantage.


REQUIREMENTS & WORK CONDITIONS:

Field Work.

The incumbent must be ready to work during the night and on emergency.

The candidate should have the ability to climb towers and must be physically fit

Sufficient knowledge of English.

Team player.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Ordinary National Diploma

In addition, candidates with at least 2 years experience in/on the under-listed will be preferred:


HSE, Rigging, Microwave, GSM, LTE, Antenna, MW, Base Station, BTS, eNodeB.

Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.

Residents of Lagos, especially Lekki-Ajah axis.

Purchases goods or services for their employer to use or sell.

Oversees the activities of the department responsible for purchases

Drawing up plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.

Ensures employer obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion.

Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
