Job Description
The job will include the following operations


  • Equipment warehousing & inventory management of equipment, spare parts and auxiliary equipment

  • Job preparation, including verifying well- & equipment drawings, connections, installation diagrams, verification of specs, pressure ratings

  • Mobilization to the field

  • On Site pressure testing of the equipment, installation, pressure testing, certification and verification

  • Job design, planning, mobilization of auxiliary equipment, like cranes, lifting frames

  • Job closure with Client

Qualifications
Candidates need to have the following experiences and back ground:


  • B.Sc or equivalent or higher Education in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 10 years experience  with Well Head installation and Well Head maintenance services in Nigeria

  • Experience working for international Oil and Gas Contracting companies to the Nigerian oil industry

  • Experience & exposure to Warehousing, Spare parts & inventory management

  • Import and logistics experience will be appreciated.

  • Previous direct experience as part of a project team in a design engineering and/or project engineering role is a prerequisite.

Attending all the Pre-commissioning activities organized by UFR and /OLT CTRs – work repartition, priorities, schedule, resources, coordination of the preparation team.

Job Description


  • The Pipeline Project Manager on the Gas gathering systems Project Team is responsible for assembling and managing a competent team to perform the work necessary to achieve the stated goals and objectives as outlined in the gas gathering Pipeline Project Conceptual Study and approved program.

  • Review and verify proposed project goals and objectives

UFR OFFSHORE COATING/FIELD JOINT COATING SUPERVISOR


ABOUT THE JOB

As the spe…t in Coating and Field joint coating process, on board the UFR CTR flowlines laying vessel the Coating Interpreter shall:


Make sure that applicable coating and FJC documentations are approved and accessible on board,

Make sure that all Raw Materials certificates are in line with project specifications requirements and available in case of needed

Make sure that all Raw Materials are stored and monitored as per approved project specifications

Make sure that factory parent coating cut back areas are well prepared and fit-up are acceptable as per specifications.

Make sure that Raw materials and equipments used for FJC process are same or similar to the one used for the qualification process.

Ensure that all factory pipelines coatings and previous FJC coatings are well inspected by CONTRACTOR and all coating damages are repaired prior pipelines installations.

Supervise all FJC processing and make sure it is done according to good workmanship and in safety manner.
See all the FJC done during his shift, make his own interpretation of the results and agree with CONTRACTOR representative about the status to be given on the joint. In the absence of TPA on-board the vessel, the FJC Supervisor will act as the highest technical authority on board to validate FJC interpretation.

Inform the COMPANY Main Representative about all shortcomings, problems and/or major defects detected in the fabrication.

Ensure that the traceability of FJC results is well maintained onboard through appropriate QC records. Collect the inspection reports carried out during its shift and file them properly on board available for the CY main representative.

Inspection and expertise of any Coating repair on Factory coating and previous FJC carried out as perspecifications.

Evaluation of the specific coating damage to be repaired on board if they are not specified in the FJC documents.

Assessment of applicators

Collection of applicators certificates

Follow-up of applicators


REQUIREMENTS


Post-graduate, Technician in polymers materials

FROSIO qualification at least level III – preferably – or NACE level III peer review

Fully conversant with ISO, ASTM and others international Standards

Having a solid experience in Coating and FJC process especially for the wet insulation coating 5LPP, IMPU processes.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).

BOSIET certificate


UFR OFFSHORE WELDING SUPERVISOR


ABOUT THE JOB

Review all Contractor Project documentation relating to welding, NDE and fabrication in general prior to the commencement of the welding activities on board the vessel

Supervise any welding/welders qualifications done on the vessel

Supervise any preparatory work to be done on the vessel before proceeding to the welding production offshore

Make sure the welds are carried out according to the approved WPS.

Make sure the weld preparation and fit-up are acceptable as per specifications.

Agree with Contractor technical representatives on board on correction actions to be taken to meet project technical requirements whenever needed. Make sure actions are enforced accordingly.

Make sure the welds and their radiography are duly identified and liaise with the offshore Company NDE Interpreter.

Liaise with the offshore Company NDE Interpreter to ensure all pipeline welds NDE done during his shift are duly interpreted by the NDE agents of CONTRACTOR.

Inform the COMPANY Main Representative and the Construction Manager about all shortcomings, problems and/or major defects detected in the fabrication

Collect the inspection reports carried out during its shift and file them properly on board available for the CY main representative.

Report any conformity to Offshore Company Representative

Welding or material science diploma

CSWIP certified welding inspector level 3.2 or equivalent

Fully conversant with API 1104 / DNV OS-F101 welding code and COMPANY specifications GS EP PLR 420/421

Job Title: Structural Supervisor

Job Description
Prepares monitors and expedites structural fabrication, assembly and completion activities carried out by Contractor or subcontractors related to his discipline until sail away for pressure vessels and FPSO integration in Nigeria.
Assists the structural superintendent his duties covering all construction phases, including construction methods, yards pre-fabrications, construction, structural assembly and completion as related to his discipline. He attends meetings as required by his hierarchy. He implements his hierarchy instructions and organizes his inspection team accordingly.
Ensure that all construction activities related to his discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives.
Review procedures and site queries in due time related to structural at site.
Monitor structural preparations for installation of equipment and/or structural assembly part including removal and re-instatement of deck/module.
Ensure contractor to follow and comply with requirement of Company specification GS STR.
Reviews structural material certificates arrived at workshop together with QA/QC superintendent.
Monitor QC activities within his discipline.
Establish a smooth and efficient working relationship with CONTRACTOR.
To maintain good relationships with contractors, being relatively flexible, proactive but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the project.
To ensure that safety remains the main priority on the construction site at all times.
Attend the toolbox meetings.
He participates in the preparation of As Built documentation.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Industrial Relations Adviser is responsible for the provision of high quality industrial and employee relations advice and services .


The Industrial Relations officer is responsible for conducting high level negotiations dealing with important industrial relations matters, including Enterprise Bargaining negotiations and the provision of industrial advocacy services before Industrial Relations and other Tribunals.
