PROCESSING FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR


DESCRIPTION

Tetra Pak West Africa is seeking an independent & highly motivated Processing Field Service Coordinator for our Field Service Operations team in Processing. The ideal individual must have solid field service and management/leadership experience.


The successful candidate will be based in Lagos, Nigeria and will report to the Field Services Manager who is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.


The role responsibilities include:

Drives the effective scheduling, planning and utilisation of technical resources in the local market

Drive the resource planning & coordination and execution of planned and corrective maintenance, as well as certain installation projects

Drive growth, profitability and capabilities in the Tetra Pak Services (Processing) business

Drives quick issue resolution and ensures that other FSE’s are supported where needed

Manage customer relations of the business in the market area

Deploy the full Tetra Pak Services portfolio


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering

Technical trade qualification is a plus (e.g. Millwright trade test)

Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Engineer

Minimum 5 years of front line experience with customers

At least 2 years of Team leadership experience essential

Strong planning skills

Automation experience required (knowledge of PLC)

Industry experience in Food Processing required

Strong technical knowledge of equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Recently graduated in year 2016/2017

Attitude and Flexibility is key – must be willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, public holidays and away from home (ad hocly as per customer requirements)

Extensive travelling – internationally and locally

Valid Passport and Drivers License is required

The Programme starts in September 2018 in line with global location targets. The position is located in Lagos,Nigeria but you should be able to relocate and willing to travel.

Job Title: Software Developer

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain both proprietary and open-source software

  • Scripting both software and systems functions, and assisting in the automation of tasks

  • Work closely with computer analysts and systems administrators in using languages such as VB.NET, C#.NET, Javascript and PHP

  • Create and maintain the in-house developed code-base that makes up the Ensure application stack

  • Manage prototype applications and features, including user requirement gathering, project planning and coordination with the wider development team or client

  • Test new software, including creating test plans, writing automated test cases and templates, fault finding, and suitability assessment

  • Identify areas of improvement throughout the business and undertake PoCs, including cost proposals, technical specification documentation, operational documentation, user guides, etc.

JOB SUMMARY

The Exchange needs an industry professional with a strong personality, good people management skills and the ability to work as a team player to support the Department and Division.

The individual will be required to have a thorough understanding of The Exchange’s policies, overall mission and strategy, as well as a strong finance/legal background experience preferably with experience from a listed company.

The Team Lead will report to the Head of Department who has the overall responsibility for the administration and execution of the activities of the Listings Regulation Department by ensuring that listing applications meet The Exchange’s listing requirements, ensuring compliance of listed companies with The Exchange’s listing regulations and enforcing the listings rules in a manner that is fair efficient and transparent.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive applications from companies and government and assign to officers

Assign officers and where necessary, attend facility visits of new companies seeking listing

Review draft appraisal and ensure that they are of high standards

Ensure that appraisals are circulated to DH and CEO 10 days before QCN

Forward approved appraisals from CEO to Council Secretariat for circulation to QCN members within the prescribed time frame

Facilitate Regulatory meetings with issuers

Prepare Memo for EXCO for migrating companies to Premium Board

Present appraisals to QCN and ensure that recommendations to QCN are in line with NSE’s objective and overall best interest of the market. Follow up with Council

Secretariat to ensure decisions of QCN are circulated to applicants and implemented by other stakeholders as appropriate

Document knowledge of Unit’s Role and function via process flow

Facilitate Graduate Trainee Programs and ATS sessions and Interviews

Coach new hires and Graduate Trainees within the Unit

Carry out the streamlining of listing process with SEC by researching and aligning with best global practice

Track new regulatory rules and policies and align them with NSE processes and procedures

Evaluate new rules and regulations before they are exposed to stakeholders and make recommendations where necessary

Propose and formulate new rules, policies and polices

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on matters relating to listings prospects

Support the enterprise strategy of the organization

Liaise with Product Management Department on matters relating to Market Makers for listing of new companies

Representing The Exchange in meetings
